The 5/4 Premium Hooded Thermal Chest Zip Wetsuit features a revised chest zip and panel design as a direct result of our product testing and customer feedback.
The Mens 5/4 Hooded Premium Thermal Chest Zip Wetsuit is constructed with 100% 4-way Mega Stretch Limestone neoprene, with fully sealed seams that are glued, blind stitched (GBS) and taped. Through the evolution of our wetsuits, the Premium Thermal Hooded wetsuit extends the use of the premium fleece lining, throughout the torso of the wetsuit improving the ability for the wetsuit to retain warmth, without compromising flexibility and comfort.
As with all the Premium Thermal wetsuit range, a new chest zip design enables the wetsuit to be more easily entered and exited without compromising the warmth and fit.

The built-in adjustable balaclava greatly assists in the wetsuits ability to retain heat and warmth and as with all wetsuits for ultimate warmth the Mens 5/4 Hooded Premium Thermal Chest Zip Wetsuit can be combined with any of the needessentials surf accessories.

The Men’s 5/4 Chest Zip Hooded Wetsuit was designed to challenge cold conditions.
The Full Hood has been tailored to fit the head without impacting on sight and flexibility. It is made from 4mm Mega Stretch “V” Foam neoprene and has an adjustable face aperture and peak. A 5mm Single Lined Back panel is lined with a Premium Polypro Fleece for ultimate heat retention and warmth, while the 5mm Chest and Thigh panel is lined with Essential Polypro fleece to strike a perfect balance between flexibility and warmth.
The Men’s 5/4 Chest Zip Hooded Wetsuit features Ankle and wrist cuffs that have been specifically banded with LQS to give a good fit and finish and minimize the movement of these seals. A key loop is stitched in behind the Chest Zip for security and minimal impact on the wearer and the use of a YKK metal Zip offers a reassuring brand to a critical part of the suit.
