Return to the Coral Sea - Laurie Towner

The first time Laurie Towner visited this little outpost in the Coral Sea he was a frothing 14-year-old. Travelling with his dad on an old fishing trawler, the ocean crossing was rough and rolling trip full of sea sickness and sleeplessness. The trip took them to a remote island surrounded by fringing reef and towering mountains and the odd little wave showing some promise. Heading back years later, Laurie got to re-live his initial journey to this special little atoll, reuniting himself with the reefs and mountains that are unique to this part of the world. This short edit features Laurie enjoying a few small, fun, winter days surfing and diving crystal clear waters in-between storms.
